My name is Bex, but my sister always called me “B” (hence Helper B)!!
After a 20 year journey in traditional allopathic medicine, my interest in holistic healing transpired when I suddenly lost my sister to suicide in 2016. I then navigated the traumatic birth of my first daughter less than a year later so I subsequently spent the next few years healing myself and my family through many different modalities and experiences.
Currently I am a student of homeopathy under supervision at the Academy of Homeopathy Education where I have been learning and offering a classical approach to homeopathy which honors Samuel Hahnemann and his very individualized method of medicine. I have additionally received training and certification in Bach® Flower Essence Therapy for Homeopaths through Linda Nurra.
I am also a practicing medical astrologer having trained under many amazing astrologers such as Cameron Allen, Kira Sutherland, Judith Hill, and Sajah Popham.
I also remain a certified provider of Compassionate Bereavement Care® after training with Dr. Joanne Caccitore in 2019.
