Soul Meets Body Under the Full Moon

Service Description

Join me in a healing dance journey as I guide you in weaving the power of working with the full moon cycle to release or process emotional patterns that are no longer serving you. We will start with an opening circle rooted in exploration of the current moon's emphasis to get grounded in the particular areas where the energy is most supportive for healing and transformation and then we will engage in freedom of movement to a thematically crafted playlist. Please bring a journal or something to write in, a pen, and your bare dancing feet. The location will be sent via email after registration is complete, but it is just outside of the Washington city limits in a beautiful gathering space and access to an amazing spot to dance on the Earth under the moonlight when weather permits. This is a beta testing for a new practice I am cultivating, and for that reason, this is a private/invitation only event and is LIMITED to only the first 15 registrations per event.
